It is the mission of Congregation Beth Tikvah to create and maintain a warm Jewish community that embodies the ideals and practices of egalitarian Conservative Judaism. To achieve this goal we will:

1. Provide thoughtful religious services that are warm, participatory and provide for meaningful prayer.

2. Provide a high quality religious school for our children as well as significant educational opportunities for all of our members.

3. Provide a supportive and welcoming home to all Jewish and interfaith families, regardless of race, age and sexual orientation. To nurture a community in which our members celebrate life cycle, religious and recreational events together.

4. Recognize the significance of the state of Israel to the Jewish people and Jewish faith and provide financial and moral support.

5. Provide for a Jewish presence in the larger community, participate in social action projects, support Jewish and non-Jewish causes and build coalitions with other faiths.
